Adhirith Enterprises is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through https://trinaarifashions.com/ ("Platform"). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
3.1 Order Cancellation
Before Shipment: You may cancel an order within 5 days of placement by contacting our customer service team at support@trinaarifashions.com or +91-9471160966. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
After Shipment: Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may reject the delivery at your doorstep (subject to courier policies) or initiate a return as per the Return Policy below.
Non-Cancellable Items: Orders for perishable items, customized products, or items marked as non-cancellable at purchase cannot be canceled.
3.2 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available for:
Damaged or Defective Products: Replacement product will be delivered with 7 days
Non-Conforming Products: Items that do not match the description or images on the Platform, reported within 5 days of receipt.
Warranty Claims: For products with manufacturer warranties, refer issues directly to the manufacturer.
3.3 Refund Process
Contact our customer service team at support@trinaarifashions.com with your order number, reason for refund, and supporting evidence (e.g., photos of damaged items).
For damaged or defective items, the seller will verify the issue before approving the refund.
Approved refunds will be processed & credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item or verification.
Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
3.4 Return Policy
Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is:
Unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
Not a sale, clearance, or non-returnable item (as specified at purchase).
Return Process:
Request a return by contacting support@trinaarifashions.com with your order details.
We will provide a return address and instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Upon receipt and inspection, we will notify you via email about approval or rejection of your return.
Approved returns will be processed & delivered for refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items: Customized products, undergarments, or items marked as non-returnable at purchase are not eligible for returns.
3.5 Exceptions
Refunds or returns may be denied if return instructions are not followed or if the item is used or damaged beyond normal inspection.
Sale or clearance items may be ineligible for returns, as indicated at purchase.
